Our Guarantee

Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused (or with a reasonable amount remaining) and in its original packaging. To start a return, email us at [hexastrength@gmail.com] with your order number.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of approval. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take additional time to appear.

Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, heavily used or damaged products may not be eligible for a full refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, email us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and we'll send a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
