Thank you for shopping with Chalkless. Here's everything you need to know about how we get your order to you.

Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed after 2 PM or on weekends are processed the next business day. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

Shipping Times & Rates

• Standard Shipping: 2–4 business days
• Free Shipping: on all orders over [£/$]75
• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of dispatch, not the order date. Chalkless is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs, or events outside our control.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update.

International Shipping
